Cooking Instructions
Tandoori Chicken w/ Coconut RiceThaw Completely. Grill: Drain marinade and reserve if desired. Preheat and oil grill plates. Cook chicken on medium heat for 10 min on each side until juices run clear. Marinade: Pour into a pan and bring to a boil for 2 min. Serve over chicken. Oven: Preheat oven to 375d. Cook chicken in sauce for 30 min, turning halfway through. Rice: let thaw, heat in microwave for 45sec-1 min until warm or heat over stove until warm. HC Points: 6 incl rice.
