Cooking Instructions

Black Bean Burgers
Keep Oven Fries Frozen. Thaw beans.  Put contents of bean bag into a food processor, blender or immersion blender.  Pulse a few times, to blend ingredients, but do not liquify.  Stove-Top- Heat 1 Tbls oil in a large skillet on med heat. Form desired number of patties with mixture (smaller is better as they are very delicate when turning- then you can pile 2 on top of each other to eat), cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve with guacamole & buns.  Oven Fries- Preheat oven to 400d, spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 min. HC Points: 9.5 based on 3 and 6 servings
