Description:

Many love ahi for it's firm texture and mild taste, and now you can love it for the wonderful flavor we've created!  Ahi steaks are dredged in blackening spices, then seared or cooked through and topped with a soy mustard sauce.  Serve it over the included pre-cooked wild rice.

Ingredients- Ahi Tuna steaks, soy sauce, mustard, mirin, blackening spices, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, herbs de provence, sucanat, garlic, vinegar.

Cooking Instructions

Blackened Ahi Tuna with Soy Mustard Glaze
Thaw Completely. Put 1 Tbls oil in a large skillet and heat on med/high heat.  Put Ahi steaks in skillet and cook for 2 min on each side to SEAR, or 4 min each side to cook fish through. Sauce- whisk to mix contents together.  Drizzle over Ahi or serve on the side. Serve with side salad. Serving Suggestion: Sage & Tamari Brown Rice.  HC Points:  5
