Description:

Vegetarian.  Many love tofu for it's firm texture and mild taste, and now you can love it for the wonderful flavor we've created!  Tofu steaks are dredged in blackening spices, then seared or cooked through and topped with a soy mustard sauce.  Serve it with the included pre-cooked wild rice.

Cooking Instructions

Blackened Tofu Steaks with Soy Mustard Glaze
Thaw Completely. Put 1 Tbls oil in a large skillet and heat on med/high heat.  Put tofu steaks in skillet and cook for 3-4 min on each side to cook through. Sauce- whisk to mix contents together.  Drizzle over Ahi or serve on the side. Serve with side salad. Serving Suggestion: Sage & Tamari Brown Rice.  HC Points:  5
