Cooking Instructions
Blackened Tofu Steaks with Soy Mustard GlazeThaw Completely. Put 1 Tbls oil in a large skillet and heat on med/high heat. Put tofu steaks in skillet and cook for 3-4 min on each side to cook through. Sauce- whisk to mix contents together. Drizzle over Ahi or serve on the side. Serve with side salad. Serving Suggestion: Sage & Tamari Brown Rice. HC Points: 5
