Cooking Instructions
Parmesan Chicken Fingers with Cheesy BroccoliThaw Completely. Preheat oven to 375d. Drain marinade from chicken. Dredge chicken breasts in parmesan and breadcrumb mixture. Place in baking dish sprayed with oil. Cook chicken for 20 minutes uncovered, until no longer pink inside. Broccoli- put broccoli and bag of cheese/milk into a baking dish sprayed with oil. Bake at 375d for 20 min. Stir and bake for another 5-10 min, or until broccoli is tender. Serve chicken with dipping sauce and cheesy broccoli. HC Points: 11 total, 6 for chicken, 5 for broccoli.
