Description:

(Fresh vegetable kabobs cannot be frozen) This dish has been so popular with Ahi we decided to offer it with our delicious, wild salmon steaks!  Salmon steaks are dredged in blackening spices, then seared or cooked through and topped with a soy mustard sauce.  Serve it with the included lemon herb marinated fresh vegetable kabobs- zucchini, summer squash, onions and mushrooms.

Cooking Instructions

Blackened Salmon with Soy Mustard Glaze
Thaw Completely. Put 1 Tbls oil in a large skillet and heat on med/high heat.  Put Salmon steaks in skillet and cook for 4-5 min on each side to cook fish through. Sauce- whisk to mix contents together.  Serve with Side Salad. Serving Suggestion: Sage & Tamari Brown Rice.  HC Points:  6
