New, Limited Time Only! A fall favorite, butternut squash and sweet potatoes are combined with maple syrup, currants, and fresh thyme and roasted together for a quick, satisfying and delicious side dish! 

Serves 4.    (This dish accompanied our Maple roasted salmon and we got so many requests for it was decided to add it to our sides for the fall/winter season!)
