You will bake this heavenly delight and top it with a light and refreshing sauce made with smoked tomatoes, white wine and a hint of butter and half and half (1 Tbls of each). Serve with the included gouda mashed potatoes!

Cooking Instructions
Chicken Cordon Bleu in a Smokey Tomato Wine SauceThaw Completely. Preheat oven to 375d. Dredge chicken breasts in breadcrumb mixture. Place in baking dish sprayed with oil. Top each chicken breasts with 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of swiss cheese. Cook chicken for 25 minutes uncovered, or until no longer pink inside. Sauce- pour contents into a small stockpot and simmer for 5 min. Serve chicken with sauce. Serving suggestion- side salad or lemon parmesan asparagus. HC Points: 7 pts
