Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are topped with parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, fresh basil and vine-ripened tomatoes and baked to perfection. Serve this delicious dish over the provided whole wheat or gluten free pasta for a complete meal!

Ingredients- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, parmesan cheese, italian dressing, breadcrumbs (whole wheat or gluten free), fresh tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, butter, dried oregano, optional salt and pepper, whole wheat or gluten free pasta
Cooking Instructions
Thaw Completely. Heat oven to 375d. Spray a glass baking dish with oil. Drain marinade from chicken/mahi/shrimp and put in the dish. Take the bag with the breadcrumbs and work butter between fingers. Pour contents of bag over chicken/fish/shrimp. Cover with foil/parchment paper and bake for 10 min for fish or shrimp, 25 min for chicken. Uncover and pour bag with tomatoes over chicken/fish. Cook another 8 min uncovered, or until chicken/fish is cooked through. Pasta (if chosen)- Cook pasta in boiling water for 8-10 min or until al dente. Broccoli (if chosen)- put in steam dish and steam for 6-8 min, until desired doneness. Cut chicken/fish into pieces and serve over pasta or broccoli if desired.
