MAPLE  GLAZED SALMON or CHICKEN or TOFU STEAKS WITH MASHED POTATOES OR ROASTED MAPLE VEGGIES (Best if not frozen) Our most popular salmon dish! Wild caught salmon get baked with a sweet rich maple glaze and served over your choice of our delicious mashed potatoes or roasted maple squash and veggies. CHICKEN OR VEGETARIAN POT PIE TOPPED WITH BUTTERMILK BISCUITSWe’ve managed to keep all the flavor of a traditional pot pie and make it substantially healthier!  Imagine roasted chicken breast pieces or just “extra veggies” for vegetarian (carrots, peas, onion, red potato), veggie or chicken stock, a little butter and white wine all topped with flakey, freshly made biscuits by you!  Bakes in the oven for a hearty and delicious meal!

CHICKEN or CHANNA (CHICKPEAS) TIKKA MASALA WITH BROWN RICE –  Another fabulous Indian dish from our kitchen and a favorite in Indian restaurants!  Tender chicken pieces, or chickpeas, make up this very mild, creamy curry that appeals to just about everyone!  The proteins are marinated in yogurt and tikka spices, and cooked in a sauce of tomato sauce, cream, cumin and paprika – absolutely delicious!  Serve over the included brown rice.  Yummy!! CHICKEN FINGERS WITH HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE, SWEET POTATO FRIES OR BROCCOLI –  A dish made for kids and adults alike!   Delicious Veggie chips that are made from vegetables (sweet potatoes, kale, carrots, navy beans, potatoes and other veggies)  are crushed up and added to our gluten free bread crumbs and spices that coat strips of our tender chicken breasts.  Bake in the oven and serve with the included house made honey mustard dipping sauce.  Comes with your choice of  Sweet Potato Fries,  or Broccoli. ADOBO CHICKEN OR STEAK WITH FRESH BROCCOLI AND BROWN RICE  –  (Fresh Broccoli best if not frozen)  A delicious classic Filipino dish of meat simmered in a sauce of coconut milk, soy sauce, vinegar, herbs and spices!   Sounds exotic but it’s a very family friendly meal and mild in spice.  Serve meat and sauce over the included cooked brown rice.  Comes with a side of fresh broccoli.  (Paleo option available)

CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE (VEGETARIAN, or TURKEY, or with STEAK STRIPS –  a classic dish with a healthy twist – it’s healthy!  Roasted green peppers, corn, brown rice, Cotija, black beans, Monterey jack cheese, optional ground turkey or strips of steak, fire roasted tomatoes and an abundance of spices are layered and topped with an egg batter and baked together for an easy and delicious meal!  We seriously LOVE this meal and so do our customers!!

BAJA FISH (MAHI) or SHRIMP or TOFU TACOS  WITH SALSA, CHIPOTLE CREMA  AND FRESH SHREDDED CABBAGE and MEXI CHEESE (cabbage and crema best if not frozen) –  Flakey wild mahi, sweet tender shrimp, or organic firm tofu are seasoned and grilled or sauteed with black beans, fresh organic tomatoes and sweet white corn.  Serve with the organic salsa and our chipotle crema and top it all off with our fresh shredded organic cabbage and Mexican blend cheese.   Serve with the included organic corn tortillas for a Mexican feast the whole family will love! BALSAMIC GLAZED BEEF or TURKEY or LENTIL MEATLOAF WITH MASHED POTATOESThe balsamic glaze really kicks this meatloaf up a notch!  A traditional meatloaf consisting of free range lean ground turkey, or red lentils and brown rice, eggs, gluten free bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, grated zucchini, garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and finally topped with the balsamic glaze.
