A gluten-free diet excludes gluten, a mixture of proteins found in wheat and related grains, including barley, rye, oat, and all their species and hybrids.

Many items that usually contain gluten have gluten-free alternatives that we are able to use such as sorghum, cassava, tapioca, arrowroot, brown rice, GF oats, corn meal masa and flour, almond meal, and others.

We use only healthy clean unrefined organic oils, EVOO, coconut, avocado and nut oils. Our sugars are unrefined, organic sugars such as maple syrup, honey, coconut palm sugar, coconut nectar, and agave nectar.
