A Paleo diet is a naturally gluten-free, grain-free, soy and corn-free diet.

The diet includes vegetables, low sugar fruits, nuts, roots, meat, fish, olive oil and coconut oil.

It excludes foods such as dairy products (with the exception of grass fed ghee or butter upon request), grains, sugar (we use raw honey, maple syrup, coconut palm sugar, and coconut nectar), legumes, and soy (we use coconut aminos), and corn products.
